Ben jij een technieker met een passie voor storingen opsporen én oplossen? En wil je echt het verschil maken in de laatste, cruciale fase van het productieproces? Voor een internationaal machinebouwbedrijf zoeken we een storingstechnieker die mee zijn schouders zet onder machines op maat van de klant. Jij bent diegene die de eindcontrole uitvoert en pas wanneer jij groen licht geeft, mag de machine richting klant vertrekken.

Je komt terecht bij een Europese marktleider in de automatisatie van blaasinstallaties, met een klantenbestand dat zich uitstrekt over de hele wereld. In hun Belgische vestiging werken zo’n 80 mensen, waarvan een 40-tal in productie. Samen bouwen ze aan hoogtechnologische maatmachines, van ontwerp tot aflevering.

Je maakt deel uit van een klein team van 4 à 5 techniekers, waar kennis delen en doorgroeien centraal staan. Daarnaast werk je geregeld samen met de service techniekers voor zowel interne testen als internationale projecten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat de machine volledig functioneert vóór ze naar de klant gaat
  • Je stelt alle mogelijke instellingen en variaties zorgvuldig af en test ze grondig uit zodat alles perfect werkt
  • Storingen? Jij analyseert en lost ze zelfstandig op, zowel op elektrisch als mechanisch vlak
  • Je laadt het PLC-programma in en leert gaandeweg hoe je foutmeldingen interpreteert en bijstuurt
  • Tijdens de afname door de klant ben jij het aanspreekpunt: je bedient de machine en geeft duidelijke uitleg over alle functionaliteiten
  • Doordat elke installatie volledig op maat is, blijft jouw job boeiend en afwisselend met steeds nieuwe technische uitdagingen
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma, liefst in elektromechanica, of je hebt jouw kennis opgebouwd via een stevige praktijkervaring
  • Elektriciteit en mechanica hebben weinig geheimen voor jou, en je hebt bovendien een sterke affiniteit met PLC
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, noodzakelijk voor internationale klanten en werkinstructies
