The posting

Als storingstechnieker zal jouw takenpakket er als volgt uitzien:

  • Storingen oplossen op productiemachines zowel elektrisch als mechanisch;
  • Het uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan industriële productie-installaties op elektrisch, mechanisch, pneumatisch en hydraulisch vlak;
  • De controlerondes en testrondes zodat de productiemachines continu kunnen blijven draaien;
  • Technische plannen binnen verschillende vakgebieden lezen en correct interpreteren;
  • Het zo snel mogelijk verhelpen van het probleem bij een stilstand volgens de nodige veiligheidsprocedures, planning- en productieprocessen;
  • Het stap per stap nagaan welk onderdeel er stuk is of vervangen moet worden;
  • De revisie van de nodige onderdelen;
  • Het vervangen, eventueel herstellen en uitlijnen van de nodige wisselstukken;
  • Het afstellen van machineonderdelen en parameters (uitlijnen, balanceren, instellingen wijzigen, productiesnelheid,...);
  • Je werkt in een tweeploegenstelsel (6u00–14u00 en 14u00–22u00) of in een vaste nachtploeg (22:00–6:00) en bent na je inwerkperiode bereid om wachtdiensten op te nemen. .

Als storingstechnieker kan je je vinden in het volgende:

  • A2-diploma in elektromechanica, mechanica of elektriciteit, of ervaring als storingstechnieker in een industriële productieomgeving;
  • Vaardig in het analyseren en oplossen van elektrische storingen op diverse gebieden, zoals sensoren, machinebekabeling, transportbanden, elektrische kasten en relais;
  • Ervaring met productiemachines is essentieel;
  • Bekwaamheid in het lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen over verschillende vakgebieden;
  • Onmiddellijke herkenning en ervaring in het herstellen van mechanische storingen, waaronder smering, tandwielkasten, dichtingen, lagers, boutverbindingen, pompen en motoren;
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en stressbestendig als probleemoplosser;
  • Aandacht voor veiligheid, planning en productieprocessen;
  • Vlot zelfstandig werken met een hands-on mentaliteit;
  • Belangrijke kennis van hydraulica, pneumatiek en PLC.
