Jobomschrijving

Ben jij iemand met een technische achtergrond die gepassioneerd is door het goed functioneren van een machinepark? Geniet je ervan om hands-on te zijn en snel te kunnen reageren om alles soepel te laten verlopen? Heb je de uitdaging om een gloednieuw machinepark vanaf het begin te leren kennen en er een expert in te worden?

Dan zou de rol van Storingstechnieker zeker iets voor jou kunnen zijn.

Je hoofdtaak is het beheer van het nieuwe machinepark voor het sorteren van industrieel restafval. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de technische dienst en rapporteert aan de Maintenance Manager.

  • Je werkt in dagdienst om de werking van de sorteerlijnen technisch op te volgen en onmiddellijk actie te ondernemen tijdens pauzes en geplande of ongeplande stilstanden.
  • Je analyseert en rapporteert over actuele meetgegevens en machinevisualisatie, voert kleine herstellingen uit en vraagt indien nodig ondersteuning aan het atelier.
  • Bij complexe problemen kun je altijd terugvallen op de machineverantwoordelijken van de technische dienst, en je beslist zelfstandig of externe assistentie nodig is via onderaannemers of leveranciers.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de productiemanager en bent verantwoordelijk voor de orde en netheid van de installatie, met speciale aandacht voor een veilige werkomgeving.
  • Je werkplek is de productieomgeving, uitgerust met alle benodigde tools en een PC.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op tijdens preventief onderhoud op woensdag en zaterdagochtend, waarvoor je regelmatig (1/4) op zaterdagochtend aanwezig bent.
  • Daarnaast maak je deel uit van de technische permanentieploeg, met een rotatieschema van 1 op 4.

Wat zijn de vereisten voor deze functie?

  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in mechanisch onderhoud.
  • Je bent ofwel Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans, of Franstalig.
  • Je bent een teamspeler in hart en nieren.
  • Hoewel je in dagdienst werkt, ben je flexibel.
  • Jouw werk is hoofdzakelijk op de werkvloer.
  • Het nemen van initiatief en het vinden van oplossingen zijn uitdagingen waar je graag voor staat.
  • Je woont binnen een straal van 30 minuten van Rumbeke.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieubewustzijn zijn voor jou van groot belang, en je zet je in om deze principes over te brengen op je collega's.
  • Je wordt aangenomen op basis van een bediendecontract.
