Elektrisch sterk en graag storingen oplossen in plaats van alleen standaard onderhoud uitvoeren? Als storingstechnieker zorg je samen met een team techniekers dat productie en verpakkingsmachines blijven draaien. De nadruk ligt duidelijk op elektriciteit, aangevuld met mechanica, pneumatica en automatisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt binnen de technische dienst van een voedingsproducent in Destelbergen. Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je komt terecht in een team van een tiental techniekers en kunt bij interventies terugvallen op collega's.

• Je spoort elektrische storingen aan productie en verpakkingsmachines op

• Je voert curatief onderhoud uit wanneer een machine stilvalt of niet correct werkt

• Je doet preventief onderhoud om technische problemen zoveel mogelijk voor te zijn

• Je werkt aan elektrische installaties, motoren, sensoren en frequentieregelaars

• Je gebruikt je basiskennis van PLC en automatisatie bij het zoeken naar storingen

• Je pakt ook mechanische en pneumatische problemen aan

• Je voert algemene technische onderhoudstaken uit

• Je overlegt met collega's over complexere storingen en interventies

• Je helpt mee om het machinepark betrouwbaar en veilig te houden

De functie is vooral elektrisch. Kennis van koeling, stoom, vacuümtechniek of hydraulica is interessant, maar wordt als pluspunt gezien.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van elektriciteit

• Je kent de basis van mechanica en pneumatica

• Je hebt kennis van automatisatie zoals PLC, frequentieregelaars, motoren en sensortechniek

• Kennis van koeling, stoom, vacuümtechniek of hydraulica is een plus

• Je kunt technische storingen logisch analyseren en gericht naar een oplossing zoeken

• Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken

• Je bent flexibel wanneer de technische situatie daarom vraagt

• Je kunt ongeveer één keer om de zes weken deelnemen aan de wachtdienst
