The posting

  • Je voert correctieve en preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit (o.a. het herstellen van kabels, het vervangen van PLC-onderdelen, het in dienst stellen van machines, het lezen en interpreteren van PLC en het verwijderen van fouten, het installeren van schakelaars, etc).
  • Je ondersteunt de productie door een uitval van machines te beperken en zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.
  • Je zoekt samen met de operatoren, die de machines dagdagelijks besturen, naar de juiste oplossing.
  • Je neemt taken van collega's over ingeval van ziekte, vakantie of afwezigheid.
  • Je hebt een zeer goed veiligheidsbesef voor jezelf en je collega's tijdens de uitvoering van de dagelijkse taken.
  • Je draagt en deelt kennis bij ploegoverdracht, onthaal en/of opleiding van een nieuwe collega.
  • je werkt in een systeem, vroege, late, nacht dag
  • Je hebt minimaal een technisch A2- of bachelorsdiploma, bij voorkeur in Elektromechanica.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring of stage binnen een onderhoudsafdeling.
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van elektriciteit en PLC-technieken, met specifieke kennis van Allen Bradley en PCS7.
  • Je hebt reeds een goede basiskennis van mechanica, meet- en regeltechnieken en frequentiesturingen.
  • Je bent flexibel. Na een inwerkperiode zal je werken in een roterend volcontinu systeem.
  • Je beschikt over een goede autonomie en verantwoordelijkheidszin. In het volcontinu systeem zal je regelmatig verantwoordelijk zijn voor de hele plant.
  • Je bent stressbestending en kan je rust bewaren als er verschillende storingen op hetzelfde moment binnenkomen.
  • Je hebt een sterk groepsgevoel.
