The posting

Een storing wacht niet tot iemand tijd heeft. Jij zoekt uit wat er misgaat en zorgt dat de installatie weer draait. Als storingstechnieker werk je bij industriële klanten waar technische kennis en snel kunnen schakelen belangrijk zijn. Je krijgt geen bureaujob, maar staat zelfstandig aan installaties, machines en technische systemen.

Je job bestaat ongeveer uit 70% elektrische en 30% mechanische techniek:

  • Elektrische en mechanische storingen opsporen.
  • Industriële installaties troubleshooten.
  • Curatief onderhoud uitvoeren.
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren.
  • Pompen, motoren, tandwielkasten en andere industriële onderdelen vervangen.
  • Controle- en inspectiewerken uitvoeren.
  • Technische defecten signaleren en registreren.
  • Instrumentatie onderhouden.
  • HVAC-installaties onderhouden.
  • Andere techniekers en contractoren begeleiden.
  • Werkbonnen correct invullen en rapporteren.
  • Werken met industriële machines en installaties.
  • Indien nodig werken met heftruck, rolbrug of hoogtewerker.
  • PLC-kennis is mooi meegenomen. Kunnen lassen met MAG/MIG of TIG is eveneens een pluspunt.

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt mee in de technische dienst van verschillende industriële klanten, voornamelijk in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. De opdrachten kunnen kort of langdurig zijn. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen werk en communiceert rechtstreeks met de klant. Veilig werken is daarbij geen detail: je volgt de veiligheidsregels van elke site en krijgt bijkomende opleidingen waar nodig. Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring als storingstechnieker.
  • Je hebt een opleiding A3, A2 of A1 elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van elektriciteit én mechanica.
  • Je kan zelfstandig storingen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands.
  • Je werkt veilig en volgt procedures.
  • Een VCA-attest is een pluspunt.
