Storingstechnieker | Word jij degene die de machines weer aan de praat krijgt?

Sommige mensen zien een stilgevallen machine en denken: oei. Jij denkt: even kijken wat hier aan de hand is. Als Storingstechnieker krijg je bij onze klant in Tielt de ruimte om technische problemen echt uit te pluizen en zelf tot een oplossing te komen. Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving waar techniek elke dag anders uit de hoek kan komen en waar je dankzij opleiding en ondersteuning je kennis verder kunt uitbouwen.

Wat ga je doen? Een storing komt nooit helemaal op het juiste moment. Gelukkig weet jij er wel raad mee. Je duikt in het probleem, zoekt uit waar het fout loopt en zorgt ervoor dat de installatie opnieuw doet wat ze moet doen .Je krijgt een veelzijdig takenpakket:

  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan machines, productielijnen en nutsvoorzieningen
  • Je analyseert elektrische en elektronische storingen in onder andere PLC’s, sensoren, schakelkasten en bekabeling
  • Je leest elektrische schema’s en past ze aan wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je staat ook in voor het technisch onderhoud van gebouwinstallaties zoals verlichting, HVAC, branddetectie en toegangscontrole

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is een gevestigde speler in Tielt die al sinds 1947 actief is in kunststofextrusie. Vandaag worden er technische kunststofprofielen op maat gemaakt voor toepassingen in onder meer bouw, interieur, HVAC, machinebouw en warehousing.

Wat deze omgeving interessant maakt voor een technieker? Het machinepark telt een 40-tal extrusielijnen en het volledige proces wordt in eigen huis opgevolgd, van ontwikkeling tot productie en afwerking. Je werkt dus in een technische omgeving waarin altijd wel iets te ontdekken valt.

Onze klant blijft bovendien investeren in de toekomst. Zo werden in 2022 nog drie nieuwe extrusielijnen toegevoegd. Herken je jezelf hierin?

  • Je hebt een goede basis in industriële elektriciteit
  • Je kent de werking van PLC’s en hebt ervaring met meet- en regeltechniek
  • Je kunt elektrische schema’s lezen en interpreteren
  • Je hebt interesse in mechanica en pneumatica
  • Ervaring met EPLAN is een mooie extra
