FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Wij zijn opzoek naar een storingstechnieker te Herentals die wil werken in een wafelfabriek

Wat moet je doen?

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat onze productielijnen betrouwbaar, veilig en efficiënt blijven draaien.
  • Je analyseert storingen, denkt mee over verbeteringen en zorgt voor een optimale werking van onze installaties.
  • Oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen.
  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan ons machinepark.
  • Elektrische defecten opsporen in installaties en componenten (motoren, sensoren, frequentieregelaars).
  • PLC- en robotsturingen uitlezen en gebruiken voor storingsanalyse.
  • Meewerken aan technische investeringsprojecten en modernisaties.
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
  • Helder communiceren over uitgevoerde interventies en verbeterpunten.

PROFIEL

Jij bent een hands-on, allround troubleshooter ... Say what ?

  • Je hebt een diploma in elektromechanica, elektrotechniek of industriële onderhoudstechnieken (A2/A1) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Goede kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, hydraulica, pneumatica en automatisatie.
  • Je ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen op de 3 sites.
  • Vereisten in de voeding zoals het dragen van een haarnet houden je niet tegen.
  • Je kunt PLC’s en robotsturingen uitlezen.Hands-on, leergierig en een passie voor techniek.
  • Zelfstandig én een echte teamplayer.
  • Flexibel en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je plan trekken in het Engels.
  • Bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
  • Je hebt eigen vervoer. Het bedrijf is niet bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.
