Onze klant is een West-Vlaamse industriële groep met wortels die ruim dertig jaar teruggaan. Wat begon als verschillende bedrijven met elk hun eigen specialiteit, groeide uit tot één technische dienstverlener met meer dan 150 medewerkers op meerdere vestigingen in Vlaanderen.

Klanten uit de industrie vinden er alles onder één dak: industrieel onderhoud ter plaatse, machinebouw en automatisatie, metaalconstructie op maat en industriële verhuizingen van complete productielijnen. Zo kan het bedrijf ook complexe projecten van A tot Z aanpakken, met één aanspreekpunt voor de klant.

De teams zijn multi-inzetbaar, waardoor medewerkers verschillende technieken en omgevingen leren kennen en blijven groeien. De lijnen zijn kort, werkbaar werk staat voorop en iedereen krijgt de kans om zich verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Bij een stilgevallen productielijn is de storingstechnieker de eerste die ter plaatse komt, om te achterhalen wat er mis is en de machine snel weer aan de praat te krijgen
  • Storingen aan elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische installaties worden opgespoord en verholpen
  • Verder kijken dan de snelle reparatie hoort erbij: de oorzaak wordt uitgezocht zodat dezelfde storing niet terugkeert
  • Het preventief onderhoud van de machines wordt uitgevoerd, samen met kleine aanpassingen waar nodig
  • Ideeën voor verbeteringen aan het machinepark van de klant worden actief aangebracht
  • Dagelijks overleg met operators en het onderhoudsteam van de klant zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking op de werkvloer
  • Een diploma elektromechanica, elektriciteit of automatisatie liefst, maar gelijkwaardige ervaring volstaat
  • Met technische schema's werken heb je al gedaan, en kennis van PLC is een pluspunt
  • Een eerste ervaring in een productieomgeving is vereist
  • Communiceren lukt in het Nederlands en/of Frans
  • Een VCA-attest is een meerwaarde, en veiligheidsregels volg je consequent
  • Ploegenwerk vormt voor jou geen bezwaar
  • Rustig blijven onder druk is jouw sterkte, net als zelfstandig of in team werken
