Functieomschrijving Storingstechnieker

Als storingstechnieker sta je in voor het onderhoud van industriële installaties en het snel oplossen van technische storingen. Dankzij jouw technische kennis zorg je dat de machines efficiënt en continu blijven draaien.

Jouw taken:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud op elektrisch, mechanisch, pneumatisch en hydraulisch vlak
  • Controleren en uitvoeren van testrondes om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen
  • Storingen snel verhelpen volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften, planning en productie-eisen
  • Systematisch nagaan welk onderdeel defect is of vervangen moet worden
  • Reviseren, vervangen of herstellen van wisselstukken en machineonderdelen
  • Afstellen en optimaliseren van machineparameters zoals uitlijnen, balanceren, snelheid en instellingen

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de eerste technische ondersteuning en draagt actief bij aan een veilige en efficiënte productieomgeving.

Jouw profiel als storingstechnieker

  • Minimaal een A2 diploma in elektromechanica, mechanica of elektriciteit, of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving
  • Ervaren in het analyseren en oplossen van elektrische storingen zoals sensoren, bekabeling, elektrische kasten en relais
  • Bekwaam in het herkennen en herstellen van mechanische storingen aan tandwielkasten, lagers, pompen, motoren en smeersystemen
  • Stressbestendig, proactief en een echte probleemoplosser met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Aandacht voor veiligheid, planning en het soepel laten verlopen van productieprocessen
  • Zelfstandig en hands-on ingesteld, met oog voor detail

Extra pluspunten die je onderscheiden:

  • VCA-attest, heftruck- of hoogtewerkercertificaat en ervaring met rolbruggen
  • Basiskennis van PLC-sturing en het lezen van elektrische en mechanische schema’s
  • Ervaring met herstellassen is een sterke meerwaarde
