The posting

Samen met je collega-techniekers zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft draaien. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Onderhoud & Service: Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan de mechanische onderdelen van de installaties, machines en automatische kranen.
  • Storingen oplossen: Bij een technisch probleem zoek je gericht naar de oorzaak en los je de storing snel en efficient op, met de focus op mechanica.
  • Inspectie & Revisie: Je inspecteert de machines en vervangt proactief versleten onderdelen zoals lagers, riemen en pompen.
  • Projecten & Optimalisatie: Je ondersteunt bij de installatie van nieuwe machines en denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen.
  • Veiligheid & Rapportage: Je rapporteert je uitgevoerde taken nauwkeurig en werkt altijd volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.

Voor deze functie is een sterke technische basis belangrijk, maar jouw motivatie en leergierigheid maken echt het verschil.

Jouw talenten:

  • Opleiding: Je hebt een Bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma in een technische richting (of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Ervaring: Enkele jaren ervaring in mechanisch onderhoud is een plus, maar gemotiveerde starters zijn ook meer dan welkom!
  • Technische kennis: Je bent vertrouwd met aandrijvingen, lagers, hydrauliek, persluchtsystemen en pompen. Kun je technische plannen lezen en begrijpen? Dat is een must.
  • Troef: Kennis van CNC-gestuurde machines is een mooie extra troef.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen, maar je bent tegelijkertijd een echte teamplayer.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om te werken in een stabiel 2-ploegenstelsel.
