Wil jij werken met de nieuwste technieken in een bedrijf waar jouw mening telt? Als storingstechnieker in de nachtploeg ben jij onmisbaar voor het onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen op onze volautomatische installaties voor het brouwen, afvullen en verpakken. Ook nutsvoorzieningen zoals waterzuivering, stoomketels en koeling vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.

Je start je shift met een duidelijk overzicht van de geplande taken. Je schakelt snel tussen preventief en curatief onderhoud en gebruikt onderhoudssoftware om het overzicht te bewaren. Storingen aan PLC-gestuurde systemen (o.a. Siemens) pak je meteen aan: van schema’s lezen tot foutopsporing en herstel. Doet zich iets onverwachts voor? Jij bent de redder van de nacht! Bovendien kan je actief meedenken over verbeteringsprojecten, zodat alles nóg efficiënter loopt.

Veiligheid is een prioriteit: je werkt volgens de geldende voorschriften en signaleert risico’s. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, engineering en externe techniekers.   • Je hebt ervaring als storingstechnieker in een industriële omgeving. Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt minstens een diploma A2 elektromechanica of een graduaat/bachelor elektromechanica. Extra punten als je ervaring hebt met meet- en regeltechniek of automatisatie.
  • Je kan elektrische schema’s lezen en storingen op PLC-systemen (zoals Siemens) analyseren.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en zoekt steeds naar oplossingen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent bereid om in de vaste nacht te werken.
