Wat ga je doen?

Als Storingstechnieker / Onderhoudstechnieker maak je deel uit van de technische dienst en ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van het machinepark en de installaties.

Je staat in voor zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud en grijpt in bij technische storingen om de productie zo snel mogelijk opnieuw operationeel te krijgen. Je analyseert problemen, stelt diagnoses en voert herstellingen uit op mechanisch en elektrisch vlak. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van machines en installaties.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel en krijgt een gevarieerd technisch takenpakket met zowel elektrische als mechanische uitdagingen.

Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Opsporen en oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen
  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud van machines en installaties
  • Technische interventies uitvoeren aan productiemachines
  • Elektrische en mechanische componenten controleren, herstellen en vervangen
  • Diagnoses stellen en storingen analyseren
  • Samenwerken met operatoren en collega-techniekers
  • Meedenken aan technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • Werken volgens veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften

Ben jij de storingstechnieker / onderhoudstechnieker die we zoeken?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding in elektromechanica, elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt kennis van industriële elektriciteit en mechanica
  • Kennis van hydraulica en pneumatica is een pluspunt
  • Je kan zelfstandig storingen analyseren en oplossen
  • Je bent stressbestendig en werkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent een teamspeler maar kan ook zelfstandig werken
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken (5u–13u / 13u–21u)
