FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Voor een voedingsbedrijf in Roeselare zijn wij op zoek naar een technieker maintenance supervisor.

Ben jij een krak in techniek met leidinggevende kwaliteiten, die graag in een omgeving werkt waar elke dag anders is. Als Maintenance Supervisor druk jij je stempel op onze technische processen en maak jij het verschil.

Jouw rol

  • Team aansturen: Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt een team van operationele techniekers en productiegebonden contractors. Je zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van alle technische taken.
  • Planning & coördinatie: Je beoordeelt werkaanvragen, stelt prioriteiten en verdeelt de werkorders op basis van competenties en beschikbaarheden.
  • Hands-on technische ondersteuning: Je bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Met jouw brede kennis en ervaring draag je actief bij aan analyses, herstellingen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Verbinding & communicatie: Je fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen Operations en de Manager Technische Dienst. Je beheert werkvergunningen, onderhoudt contacten met externe partijen en rapporteert over de voortgang.
  • Verbeteren & innoveren: Je ziet opportuniteiten voor optimalisatie, stelt verbetervoorstellen voor en zet projecten op die de technische werking naar een hoger niveau tillen.

PROFIEL

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?

  • Je behaalde minimum een bachelordiploma in een technische richting (of je beschikt over de nodige technische bagage).
  • Je hebt een brede technische kennis en enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie.
  • Je bent mensgericht en hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent analytisch, planmatig en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ervaring met ApiPro is een plus.
