Voor onze klant te Gent zoeken wij een Storingstechnieker voor de regio Oost-Vlaanderen

Als Storingstechnieker sta je in voor:

  • Uitvoeren van elektrisch en mechanisch, preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines en installaties teneinde de machines efficiënt te laten draaien.
  • Uitvoeren van werkbons volgens planning teneinde technische storingen op een adequate en vlotte wijze te kunnen verhelpen.
  • Naleven van de veiligheidsregels bij het herstellen van machine(onderdelen) teneinde eventuele veiligheidsrisico’s tot een minimum te herleiden.
  • Bespreken van technische problemen met operators, collega techniekers en leidinggevende zodat de werkelijke oorzaken van problemen zo duidelijk mogelijk in beeld komen en men structurele oplossingen kan uitwerken.
  • Invullen en afsluiten van werkbonnen.
  • Voorbereiden van en meehelpen aan groot periodiek onderhoud teneinde de operationele werkzekerheid van de machines mee te kunnen verzekeren.
  • Instaan voor orde en netheid en zorg dragen voor het eigen gereedschap om op een veilige manier en ordelijke werkomgeving volgens HACCP normering te kunnen werken.

Profiel

  • Minimum hoger middelbaar onderwijs electro – mechanica
  • Goede kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, electronica, meet- en regeltechnieken, hydraulica, pneumatica, koeltechnieken
  • Basiskennis van PLC (Siemens S5/S7), schakelingen, robotica
  • Goede kennis van de instelling en bediening van de installaties, motoren, aandrijvingen, faciliteiten (stoom, stikstof, filters, waterzuivering, compressoren)
  • Bereidt zijn tot ploegenwerk
