We zijn opzoek naar een storingstechnieker om ons team in de regio van Maldegem te versterken. Je komt terecht in een moderne industriële omgeving. Je zal instaan voor de analyse van storingen en zorgt ervoor dat het machinepark blijft draaien.

Hier krijg je geen job waarbij je dagenlang het zelfde onderhoud en interventies uitvoert. Je combineert preventief onderhoud, storingen en technische verbeteringen in een gevarieerd machinepark.

Bovendien heb je de keuze: werken in daguren of 2 ploegen.

Jouw uitdaging:

Als storingstechnieker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de technische dienst. Wanneer een machinepark hapert, ga jij op zoek naar de oorzaak en zorg je voor een efficiënte oplossing.

  • Je lokaliseert en analyseert elektrische en elektromechanische storingen
  • Je voert interventies uit aan industriële installaties
  • Je staat in voor preventief/ curatief onderhoud alsook troubleshooting
  • Je spoort fouten op binnen geautomatiseerde productie-installaties
  • Je werkt met industriële elektriciteit en automatisatie
  • Je analyseert terugkerende storingen en zoekt mee naar structurele oplossingen
  • Je denkt mee over optimalisaties die de betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark verbeteren
  • Je neemt deel aan wachtdiensten

Je bent dus niet alleen degene die de storingen oplost. Je denkt mee over hoe we ze de volgende keer kunnen voorkomen.

We zoeken geen technieker die al alles kent. We zoeken iemand die technisch kan redeneren en graag problemen oplost.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd in elektriciteit, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare richting
  • Je hebt ervaring als storingstechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker of in een gelijkaardige technische functies
  • Industriële elektriciteit kent voor jou weinig geheimen
  • Je hebt interesse in automatisatie
  • Kennis van Siemens PLC is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring met Eplan is mooi meegenomen
  • Je bent sterk in foutanalyse en denkt mee over optimalisaties
  • Je bent bereid oom in 2 ploegen te werken (eventueel vaste dag functie is ook mogelijk)
