The posting

Voor een industriële productieomgeving in de regio West-Vlaanderen zoeken we een storingstechnieker die technische problemen snel kan analyseren en efficiënt kan oplossen. Als storingstechnieker vorm je een belangrijke schakel in de continuïteit van het productieproces.

De functie combineert elektrische storingsanalyse met mechanische interventies. Naast het herstellen van defecten draag je ook actief bij aan preventief onderhoud en technische verbeteringen die toekomstige stilstanden helpen voorkomen. Een ploegenstelsel behoort tot de mogelijkheden en kan in overleg worden afgestemd.

Wat ga je doen: - Elektrische en mechanische defecten onderzoeken en de onderliggende oorzaak van storingen bepalen. - Storingen veilig en efficiënt oplossen aan machines, productielijnen en technische installaties. - Onderdelen herstellen of vervangen en de correcte werking van de installatie na de interventie controleren. - Preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren om de beschikbaarheid van het machinepark te verhogen. - Terugkerende technische problemen herkennen en voorstellen formuleren voor structurele verbeteringen. - Technische interventies en verbruikte onderdelen correct registreren. - Productie- en onderhoudsteams informeren over de status van installaties en lopende technische problemen. - Samenwerken met collega’s om ongeplande stilstand zo kort mogelijk te houden. Een technische opleiding in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of een vergelijkbare richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Aantoonbare werkervaring als storingstechnieker binnen een industriële productieomgeving. Een goede kennis van industriële elektriciteit. Een stevige basis in mechanica is een belangrijke meerwaarde. Technisch inzicht om storingen systematisch te analyseren en gericht op te lossen. Een analytisch en technisch sterk profiel dat ook onder tijdsdruk overzicht behoudt. Een zelfstandige werkhouding gecombineerd met een vlotte samenwerking met collega’s. Een praktische aanpak en een sterke focus op veiligheid en technische betrouwbaarheid. Bereidheid om in ploegen te werken, waarbij het concrete regime in overleg wordt bepaald. Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor de continuïteit van het productieproces.
