The posting

Wij kijken samen met ambitieuze starters en ervaren professionals uit naar een nieuwe stap of wending in hun carrière. Het is ons doel om zoveel mogelijk opties aan te bieden op maat van de kandidaat. Je start bij ons steeds met een contract onbepaalde duur vanaf dag één. Voor een internationaal actieve KMO ben ik actief op zoek naar een allround elektromechanieker voor hun productie-omgeving regio Nazareth. Dit in de kunststofsector en werkende in een dagregime.

Jobomschrijving

Als technieker maak je deel uit van een team van 5 techniekers en rapporteer je aan de technical manager en engineer. De productie draait in 3-ploegen draait maar jij werkt in de vaste nachtshift. Jouw taken:

  • Samen met je collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor het machinepark (extrusiemachines- en alle installaties daaraan gekoppeld. Dit zowel voor periodiek onderhoud als storingen
  • Je doet mechanische onderhouds-en herstellingswerken ( smeringen, kettingen, uitlijnen, …)
  • Je doet elektrische interventies in de vorm van sensoren, elektromotoren herstellen, bekabelingen uitlezen, …
  • 60% van je taken gaan naar het opsporingen van storingen.
  • Bij het vernieuwen van enkele verouderde machines draag je je steentje bij op vlak van modernisatie ( automatisatie). De ingenieur werkt uiteraard alles uit, maar jij ondersteunt hem in zijn opbouw
  • Je leest storingen uit op de PLC en lost deze zo duurzaam mogelijk op (zowel oude machines op Siemens S5 als de nieuwere op S7)
  • Veiligheid is van enorm belang, je behartigt dan ook enorm de procedures en administratie op vlak van preventie en veiligheid.
  • Je behaalde een diploma binnen een technische studie ( elektriciteit, elektromechanica, elektronica, meet-en regeltechniek) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen industrieel onderhoud is aangewezen
  • Bovenal ben je gefascineerd door de boeiende en gecompliceerde technieken aanwezig
  • Je hebt een grote interesse in al wat automatisatie (PLC) aangaat, of wil hierin bijleren via bedrijfsopleidingen
  • Je bent hands-on en leergierig
  • Je kan 1 week op 6 van wacht zijn van MA – ZO (betaald)
  • Je bent het Nederlands machtig, alsook vaardig in het Engels.
