FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een technisch talent dat storingen snel opspoort en machines optimaal laat functioneren? Wil je werken in een moderne productieomgeving waar techniek, verantwoordelijkheid en veiligheid centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als storingstechnieker in de vaste nachtploeg iets voor jou!

Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces vlot blijft draaien door preventief en curatief onderhoud uit te voeren aan industriële installaties. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen beperk je stilstanden en zorg je ervoor dat de productie efficiënt kan blijven werken.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je voert preventief, correctief en curatief onderhoud uit aan elektrische en mechanische installaties.
  • Je spoort technische storingen op en zorgt voor een snelle en efficiënte oplossing.
  • Je leest en interpreteert elektrische schema's en technische plannen.
  • Je voert herstellingen en onderhoudswerken uit aan diverse productiemachines.
  • Je gebruikt jouw kennis van industriële installaties om technische problemen te analyseren.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van PLC-systemen en gebruikt deze bij het opsporen van storingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig tijdens de nacht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het goed functioneren van het machinepark.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en draagt veiligheid en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bijvoorbeeld elektriciteit, elektromechanica of industriële onderhoudstechnieken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van zowel elektrische als mechanische technieken.
  • Je kunt technische schema's en plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met storingsanalyse en onderhoud van industriële machines.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis van PLC-systemen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en bent oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor veiligheid.
  • Je bent bereid om in een vaste nachtploeg van 22u tot 6u te werken.
