Ben jij een technieker die storingen niet als een probleem ziet, maar als een uitdaging?

Voor een toonaangevend farmaceutisch productiebedrijf in Puurs zoeken we een Storingstechnieker Verpakking. In deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat de verpakkingslijnen optimaal blijven draaien en grijp je snel en efficiënt in wanneer zich een technische storing voordoet.

Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en innovatie centraal staan. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en oplossingsgericht denken draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een vlot productieproces van geneesmiddelen die wereldwijd worden gebruikt.

Als Storingstechnieker Verpakking ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de verpakkingsinstallaties.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het onderhouden, herstellen en afstellen van verpakkingsmachines en technische installaties.
  • Storingen zelfstandig opsporen, analyseren en efficiënt oplossen.
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren om stilstanden zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen.
  • Curatieve onderhoudswerken uitvoeren wanneer zich een defect voordoet.
  • Machines en installaties periodiek controleren en onderhouden.
  • Actief meedenken over technische verbeteringen om de betrouwbaarheid van de installaties te verhogen.
  • Werken volgens de geldende kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften binnen de farmaceutische sector.

Je werkt voornamelijk aan fijnmechanische verpakkingsmachines, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en technisch inzicht essentieel zijn.

  • Je hebt een sterke technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur in mechanica.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van pneumatica.
  • Je analyseert storingen snel en denkt logisch na om tot een duurzame oplossing te komen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als storingstechnieker of onderhoudstechnieker binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring in de farmaceutische, voedings-, chemische of verpakkingsindustrie is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van draaien, frezen of lassen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Een BA4- en/of BA5-attest is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel (vroege/late).
