Heb jij een zeer sterke technische achtergrond, met een uitgesproken expertise in elektriciteit, automatisatie en PLC-systemen? Dan ben jij mogelijk de collega die we zoeken. In deze functie maak je deel uit van een dynamische productieomgeving waarin je dagelijks werkt met uiteenlopende machines, installaties en geautomatiseerde productielijnen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Uitvoeren van onderhouds-, herstellings- en interventiewerken aan elektrische en geautomatiseerde installaties.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van complexe elektrische en technische storingen, met aandacht voor PLC-systemen, automatisatie en robotica.
  • Instaan voor het onderhoud en de optimale werking van geautomatiseerde productielijnen, robots, robotcellen en camerasystemen.
  • Werken met diverse industriële machines en besturingssystemen, waaronder Siemens TIA/S7, Beckhoff, Opcon, Staubli en Fanuc.
  • Actief meedenken over technische verbeteringen en samenwerken met collega’s om de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van de productie te verhogen.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke en brede technische achtergrond, met een duidelijke focus op elektriciteit, automatisatie en PLC-systemen.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring in een technische functie binnen een industriële of productieomgeving en bent vertrouwd met het analyseren en oplossen van complexe elektrische storingen.
  • Je hebt kennis van industriële automatisatie en besturingssystemen zoals Siemens TIA/S7 en bij voorkeur ook Beckhoff en Opcon.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met robotica en geautomatiseerde productielijnen; ervaring met Staubli, Fanuc, camerasystemen en diverse industriële machines is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent analytisch, zelfstandig en veiligheidsbewust, werkt nauwkeurig en bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
