Je komt terecht in een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving binnen de voedingsindustrie waar kwaliteit, technische betrouwbaarheid en procesoptimalisatie centraal staan. De site combineert moderne productietechnieken met voortdurende investeringen in innovatie, duurzaamheid en efficiëntie.

In deze functie werk je mee aan het technisch hart van de productie. Je lost storingen op, voert onderhoud uit aan uiteenlopende installaties en draagt actief bij aan de betrouwbaarheid en verdere optimalisatie van het machinepark.

Storingstechnieker voedingsindustrie - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je analyseert en verhelpt technische storingen aan productielijnen, afvulinstallaties, transportsystemen en randapparatuur zodat stilstanden tot een minimum beperkt blijven.
  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit binnen uiteenlopende technische disciplines zoals elektriciteit, elektromechanica, pneumatica en PLC-gestuurde installaties.
  • Je ondersteunt operatoren en verbeterprojecten door technische expertise aan te leveren, machines correct af te stellen en mee te denken over optimalisaties binnen het productieproces.

Storingstechnieker voedingsindustrie - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen onderhoud en storingsanalyse in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van productie-installaties zoals sensoren, pompen, transportbanden, afvullijnen, etiketteermachines en geautomatiseerde systemen.
  • Je combineert een analytische en praktische ingesteldheid met veiligheidsbewustzijn, leergierigheid en een sterke motivatie om technische problemen op te lossen.
