Voor een industriële productieomgeving in de regio Roeselare zijn we opzoek naar 2 storingstechniekers. Heb je een sterke elektrische achtergrond, werk je graag aan montage- en assemblage-installaties en weet je storingen nauwkeurig op te sporen? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou.

(2 ploegen of vaste namiddag)

Takenpakket:

Als storingstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat de productie-installaties veilig en betrouwbaar blijven functioneren. Je spoort technische storingen op, voert metingen uit en herstelt defecten. De nadruk ligt voornamelijk op elektriciteit, aangevuld met mechanische werkzaamheden.

  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen
  • Uitvoeren van elektrische metingen
  • Diagnosticeren van storingen aan PLC-gestuurde installaties
  • Lezen, interpreteren en gebruiken van elektrische schema's
  • Onderhouden en herstellen van montage- en assemblage-installaties
  • Veilig uit- en inschakelen van machines volgens de LOTOTO-procedure
  • Overleggen met collega's en externe leveranciers
  • Communiceren met leveranciers in het Engels
  • Correct registreren en rapporteren van uitgevoerde interventies
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bij voorkeur elektriciteit, elektromechanica, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring als storingstechnieker
  • Je technische kennis is bij voorkeur 70% elektrisch en 30% mechanisch
  • Ook kandidaten met een volledig elektrische achtergrond komen in aanmerking
  • Je kunt elektrische schema's vlot lezen en interpreteren
  • Je kunt storingen aan PLC-gestuurde installaties analyseren en metingen uitvoeren
  • Je werkt steeds met veel aandacht voor veiligheid
  • Je kent de principes van LOTOTO en kunt machines veilig uitschakelen
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels, zodat je vlot kan communiceren met leveranciers
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent bereid om in de regio Roeselare te werken
