Ben jij een storingstechnieker of elektromechanisch onderhoudstechnieker die graag zoekt naar de oorzaak van een probleem en het meteen oplost? Dan is dit jouw kans. Onze klant zoekt in Boom een Storingstechnieker Elektromechanica (ook gekend als onderhoudstechnieker of technieker industrie) voor een voltijdse job in een moderne, sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving.

Bij onze klant draait alles rond kwaliteit, veiligheid en slimme automatisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de machines blijven draaien, zodat de productie nooit stilvalt. Je werkt op een machinepark waar elektriciteit en mechanica ongeveer in evenwicht zijn (50/50). Hier ben je dus echt geen kleine schakel: jouw snelle en duurzame oplossingen maken elke dag het verschil.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem met een vroege en een late shift. Ervaren technieker met minstens 3 jaar ervaring? Dan pakken we graag samen jouw volgende stap aan, met ruimte om verder te groeien, ook richting een leidinggevende rol.

Wat ga je doen

  • Storingen aan productielijnen en installaties opsporen, analyseren en oplossen, zowel elektrisch als mechanisch
  • Motoren, sensoren, aandrijvingen, pneumatische componenten en PLC-gestuurde machines controleren en diagnosticeren
  • Elektrische metingen en foutanalyses uitvoeren
  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan de productieapparatuur
  • Mechanische onderdelen demonteren, vervangen en correct afstellen
  • Elektrische componenten nakijken en vervangen aan de hand van schema's en technische documentatie
  • Terugkerende storingen en knelpunten opsporen en met technische verbeteringen aanpakken
  • Meewerken aan de opstart, inbedrijfstelling en aanpassing van nieuwe machines en installaties

Je hebt een bachelor elektromechanica.

  • Je hebt ongeveer 3 jaar ervaring in mechanica, pneumatiek en elektriciteit, bij voorkeur in een industriële omgeving
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt veilig, voor jezelf en voor je collega's
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels
  • Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende of het potentieel om die rol later op te nemen
  • Kennis van verpakkingsmachines en pneumatische componenten is een pluspunt
  • Je bent bereid om in een vroege en late shift te werken (6u tot 14u en 14u tot 22u)
