Tewerkstelling: Evergem en werven in de regio Gent

Heb je een goede kennis van elektriciteit en zoek je graag uit waarom een installatie niet werkt? In deze functie spoor je storingen op en voer je onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan technische installaties bij verschillende klanten. Vanuit de hoofdzetel in Evergem vertrek je naar locaties in het Gentse. Je werkt voornamelijk als storingstechnieker HVAC-, centrale verwarmings- en gebouwbeheersystemen (GBS), waarbij je elektrische kennis dagelijks van pas komt.

- Je spoort elektrische en technische storingen op en achterhaalt de oorzaak. - Je leest elektrische schema’s en technische plannen. - Je voert metingen en controles uit om defecten vast te stellen. - Je herstelt of vervangt defecte onderdelen en controleert nadien de werking. - Je voert preventief onderhoud uit om storingen te voorkomen. - Je ondersteunt bij onderhoud en herstellingen aan HVAC-, verwarmings- en sanitaire installaties. - Je registreert je interventies en rapporteert over uitgevoerde werken. - Je informeert klanten over de werkzaamheden en technische aandachtspunten. - Je werkt zelfstandig en overlegt met collega’s wanneer nodig. - Je volgt de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.

Je hebt een technische opleiding in elektriciteit, elektromechanica of regeltechnieken, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Je hebt een goede kennis van elektriciteit en kan elektrische schema’s lezen.

Je kan zelfstandig storingen opsporen, de oorzaak achterhalen en herstellingen uitvoeren.

Je hebt ervaring met onderhoud van technische installaties.

Kennis van HVAC, centrale verwarming, gebouwbeheersystemen en sanitaire installaties is een troef.

Attesten GI en GII voor gasvormige brandstoffen en attesten in koeltechniek of verwarming zijn een pluspunt.

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Je hebt een VCA-attest of bent bereid dit te behalen.

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.

Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en klantgericht.

Je bent graag onderweg en werkt graag op verschillende locaties.

- Attesten: Rijbewijs B. (BE) GI- en GII-attesten. VCA-attest of bereidheid om dit te behalen. Attesten koeltechniek en/of verwarming zijn een pluspunt.

- Opleidingsvereisten: BSO regeltechnieken, een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding of relevante ervaring.

- Vakkennis: Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van elektriciteit en ervaring met het opsporen en oplossen van storingen. Daarnaast ben je vertrouwd met het onderhoud van HVAC-, centrale verwarmings-, GBS- en sanitaire installaties.

- Talenkennis: Talenkennis: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
