Das erwartet Sie

* Ob zur Schule, zur Arbeit oder in die Freizeit - Sie bringen Ihre Fahrgäste sicher und pünktlich ans Ziel und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag für unserer Stadt.

* Eine bezahlte Ausbildung in Vollzeit bereitet Sie bestens auf den Fahrdienst vor - mit viel Praxis und allem, was Sie für den Job brauchen.

* Vor jeder Fahrt überprüfen Sie, ob Ihr Fahrzeug sicher und einsatzbereit ist.

* Sie sind erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für Ihre Fahrgäste, geben Auskunft und sorgen mit Ihrer Freundlichkeit für ein positives Erlebnis.

* Sie repräsentieren unsere Werte: Sicherheit, Kompetenz, Qualität und gelebte Serviceorientierung.

* Werden Sie Teil des #TeamÖffiLiebe - und bewegen Sie mehr als nur ein 40-Tonner-Fahrzeug.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Sie sind mindestens 21 Jahre alt und erfüllen die körperliche und psychische Eignung für den Fahrdienst - z.B. eine Mindestgröße von 1,60 Meter sowie ein gewisses Sehvermögen.

* Sie besitzen den Führerschein der Klasse B. Die deutsche Sprache, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, beherrschen Sie sicher.

* Sie sind flexibel und bereit, im Schichtwechseldienst zu arbeiten (auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen) - denn Mobilität kennt keine Bürozeiten.

* Technik schreckt Sie nicht ab - im Gegenteil: Sie haben Freude daran und bringen ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit.

* Sie arbeiten gerne mit Menschen und der Kund*innenkontakt macht Ihnen Spaß.

* Sie sind belastbar, engagiert und verantwortungsbewusst.

Das bieten wir Ihnen

Gehalt

Sie erhalten bereits während Ihrer Ausbildung ein Gehalt in Höhe von 2.545,23 EUR brutto pro Monat. Nach dem positiven Abschluss Ihrer Ausbildung steigt Ihr Grundgehalt auf 2.787,20 EUR brutto pro Monat. Das tatsächliche Gehalt (inkl. Zulagen/Diäten) beträgt in etwa 3.400,00 EUR brutto pro Monat (37,5h/Woche).

Arbeitsmittel

Alle Kolleg*innen im Fahrdienst bekommen ein Firmen-Smartphone: Damit können sie immer und überall Dienstpläne einsehen, aktuelle News aus dem Intranet erhalten und es auch privat nutzen!

Ausbildung

Wir ermöglichen eine Ausbildung (in Vollzeit) bereits im bezahlten Dienstverhältnis. Neben praktischen Einheiten vermitteln wir dabei auch theoretisches Wissen zu Technik, Sicherheit und Bedienung.
