Wij vragen

We zoeken een strategische aankoper die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het verschil maakt door sterke relaties en commerciële slagkracht.

Je herkent jezelf in volgende eigenschappen:

  • Bachelor of Master, bij voorkeur binnen bedrijfseconomie, engineering of een technische richting.
  • Ervaring binnen strategische aankoop in een internationale productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met internationale onderhandelingen en leveranciersmanagement. Ervaring met leveranciers in Azië of andere internationale markten is een meerwaarde.
  • Een sterke technische interesse en een goed begrip van materialen en productieprocessen. Dus ervaring met materialen zoals staal, metaal, aluminium, PVC of vergelijkbare industriële componenten is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent sterk met cijfers en werkt graag fact-based.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel; ervaring met Power BI is een plus.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en aankoopprocessen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans en Duits is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent bereid om occasioneel internationaal te reizen (gemiddeld ongeveer één keer per maand indien nodig).

  • Commerciële drive en onderhandelingskracht. Dus sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Structuur en organisatietalent.

  • Het vermogen om verschillende belangen te verbinden.
  • Een pragmatische mindset: je zoekt oplossingen en houdt het overzicht, ook wanneer processen tijd vragen.
  • Je bent iemand die relaties op lange termijn opbouwt en begrijpt dat sterke aankoop draait om meer dan prijs alleen: het gaat om kwaliteit, vertrouwen, samenwerking en continue verbetering.
