Krijg jij energie van strategische onderhandelingen, het verbeteren van de supply chain en het creëren van structuur in een internationale organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is? Dan is dit een mooie kans om écht impact te maken. Als Strategic Procurement Lead krijg je een sleutelrol binnen Coolworld. Je ontwikkelt de internationale inkoopstrategie, professionaliseert onze manier van werken en zorgt ervoor dat we als organisatie slimmer, efficiënter en sterker samenwerken met onze leveranciers. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de COO en werkt voor alle Coolworld-landen. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie kijk je verder dan alleen prijs en contractvoorwaarden. Je bouwt aan een toekomstbestendige internationale inkooporganisatie waarin kwaliteit, kosten, leverbetrouwbaarheid en continuïteit met elkaar in balans zijn. Vereisten Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - ontwikkelen en implementeren van de internationale inkoopstrategie; - afsluiten, beheren en optimaliseren van internationale raamovereenkomsten; - onderhandelen met leveranciers over prijs, kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en contractvoorwaarden; - opbouwen en onderhouden van strategische leveranciersrelaties; - analyseren van spend, contracten en leveranciersprestaties; - identificeren en realiseren van structurele kostenbesparingen; - bundelen van internationale volumes en optimaliseren van leveranciers; - ontwikkelen van een uniforme internationale inkoopstructuur en governance; - verbeteren van de internationale supply chain en leveringscontinuïteit; - signaleren en beheersen van leveranciers- en supply-chainrisico's; - initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten binnen procurement en supply chain; - integreren van ESG-doel...
