Sie möchten einkaufsseitig die Entstehung von Produkten bereits von Anfang an aktiv mitgestalten und maßgeblich an globalen Beschaffungsentscheidungen mitwirken? Als Strategic Procurement Manager_in verantworten Sie die Analyse, Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Optimierung der Fertigungs- und Beschaffungsstrategie (Make-or-Buy). Sie bringen Markt-, Lieferant_innen- und Kostenkompetenz frühzeitig in Entwicklungsprojekte ein und leisten damit in Zusammenarbeit mit R&D, Produktion und internationalen Partnern einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur langfristigen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens.

Das tragen Sie zum Unternehmenserfolg bei * Einkaufsseitige Verantwortung in Entwicklungs- und Produktentstehungsprozessen zur frühzeitigen Berücksichtigung von Kosten-, Beschaffungs-, Lieferant_innen- und Materialanforderungen * Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Standardisierung von Produkt-, Material- und Lieferantenanforderungen * Auswahl und frühzeitige Einbindung geeigneter Lieferanten in Entwicklungsprojekte * Leitung von Make-or-Buy-, Sourcing- und Lieferantenentwicklungs- und Implementierungsprojekten * Erstellung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen durch Make-or-Buy-, TCO- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen * Führung anspruchsvoller Preis-, Vertrags- und Konditionsverhandlungen mit strategisch relevanten Lieferanten * Erstellung von Business Cases und Investitionsrechnungen * Analyse von Herstell-, Prozess- und Logistikkosten * Identifikation und Realisierung von Outsourcing-, Insourcing-, Verlagerungs- und Einsparpotenzialen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette sowie Unterstützung bei der Definition zukünftiger Wertschöpfungsstrategien * Aufbau neuer Beschaffungsmärkte sowie leistungsfähiger nationaler und internationaler Lieferanten * Durchführung von Design-to-Cost-Workshops * Risiko- & Eskalationsmanagement

Das sollten Sie mitbringen * Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, Projektmanagement oder Industrial Engineering in einem international tätigen Industrieunternehmen * Erfahrung in Make-or-Buy-, Sourcing- und Optimierungsprojekten * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Gute SAP-Kenntnisse (idealerweise SAP MM & S/4HANA) sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office * Technisches Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse und Wertschöpfungsketten * Verhandlungsstärke, strategisches Denken und analytische Arbeitsweise * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten im internationalen Umfeld

Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Wochenstunden, Gleitzeit
