Onze opdrachtgever, een vooraanstaand en financieel kerngezond bouwbedrijf uit de regio Zuid-West-Vlaanderen, richt zich op de realisatie van complexe utiliteitsgebouwen, appartementsbouw en grootschalige vernieuwingsprojecten. Met een no-nonsense cultuur, korte beslissingslijnen en een hechte groep medewerkers staat de onderneming garant voor werkzekerheid en vakmanschap. Wat deze onderneming vooral typeert, is haar aandacht voor efficiënte processen, stabiliteit en milieubewuste productie. Ze investeert voortdurend in optimalisatie, energiebeheer en controlesystemen om consistente resultaten te garanderen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je selecteert, evalueert en onderhoudt de relaties met leveranciers en onderaannemers voor prestigieuze klasse 8 bouwprojecten.
  • Je vergelijkt inkomende offertes inhoudelijk en prijsbewust en bereidt na afstemming met de projectleiding de finale bestellingen voor.
  • Je volgt meerdere lopende projecten in verschillende fases simultaan op vanuit het hoofdkantoor en borgt de voortgang volgens de projectplanning.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega-aankopers en de werven om commerciële voordelen te behalen zonder in te boeten op kwaliteit.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een hogere bouwkundige of technische opleiding (Bachelor/Master) of behaalde dit niveau door relevante praktijkervaring.
  • Je brengt bewezen ervaring mee binnen de aankoop of werkvoorbereiding bij een algemeen aannemer en bent direct operationeel inzetbaar.
  • Je bent communicatief daadkrachtig, houdt van onderhandelen en laat je niet snel van je wijs brengen door strakke deadlines.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd met courante pc-toepassingen en hebt een vlot niveau Nederlands (Frans is een pluspunt).
