Binnen een sterk groeiende organisatie krijg je de kans om mee richting te geven aan de organisatie van morgen. Je werkt nauw samen met het managementteam en helpt de organisatie schaalbaar, efficiënt en toekomstgericht verder uit te bouwen.

In deze strategische rol combineer je visie met daadkracht: je brengt structuur, begeleidt transformaties en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, processen en organisatieontwikkeling in lijn blijven met de verdere groeiambities.

Als Strategic Transformation Lead ben jij een belangrijke sparringpartner voor het managementteam. Je vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar concrete verbeteringen en begeleidt initiatieven die een directe impact hebben op de organisatie.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je werkt nauw samen met de CEO en het managementteam rond organisatieontwikkeling en strategische groei
  • Je helpt mee bouwen aan een duidelijke organisatiestructuur met heldere rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en beslissingslijnen
  • Je optimaliseert manieren van samenwerken en ondersteunt een efficiënte managementwerking
  • Je ontwikkelt en versterkt leiderschap binnen de organisatie en begeleidt managers in hun verdere groei
  • Je stimuleert een cultuur van verantwoordelijkheid, eigenaarschap en continue verbetering
  • Je begeleidt verandertrajecten en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe processen en structuren succesvol worden geïmplementeerd
  • Je analyseert bestaande werkwijzen, stelt verbeteringen voor en daagt de organisatie uit om continu te groeien
  • Je ondersteunt het management bij strategische beslissingen rond organisatie-effectiviteit en duurzame groei
  • Je helpt op termijn mee bouwen aan initiatieven rond talentontwikkeling, succession planning en verdere professionalisering van HR-processen
  • Je brengt inzichten, structuur en duidelijke communicatie binnen complexe verandertrajecten

Wij zoeken een ervaren professional die strategie kan combineren met praktische uitvoering. Iemand die vertrouwen uitstraalt, mensen kan verbinden en organisaties in beweging krijgt.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen organisatieontwikkeling, change management, strategische HR, leadership development of een vergelijkbare rol
  • Je hebt ervaring met organisatieverandering en het begeleiden van transformaties
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een technische of productgerichte omgeving
  • Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en kan vertrouwen opbouwen met verschillende niveaus binnen een organisatie
  • Je durft bestaande structuren kritisch bekijken en verbeteringen voorstellen
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels en weet mensen mee te krijgen in verandering
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en voelt je thuis in een omgeving met veel autonomie.

Je combineert analytisch vermogen met empathie en weet mensen en organisaties samen vooruit te brengen.
