Bouw mee aan 1 Mosadex: als Strategie Coördinator borg je de strategie, verbind je directie/MT's met de organisatie en stuur je op voortgang, acties en KPI's met heldere rapportages. Binnen het strategie team zoeken wij een Strategie Coördinator : een verbindende professional die helpt bij het uitvoeren (executie), borgen en doorontwikkelen van de strategie binnen Mosadex. Wat ga je doen? In deze nieuwe rol ben jij de ondersteunende spil tussen directie, MT's, de afdeling strategie en de diverse bedrijven binnen Mosadex. Je helpt onze corporate strategie praktisch te verankeren in de organisatie en zorgt dat teams tijdig en op een gestructureerde manier kunnen bijdragen aan strategische doelen. Je gaat zelf ook aan de slag in de rol van projectleider voor diverse strategische projecten. Hierbij hoort onder andere: - Ondersteunen van directie, MT's en de afdeling strategie door overleggen voor te bereiden, acties vast te leggen en opvolging te bewaken. - Plannen, organiseren en monitoren van voortgang, acties en KPI's, zodat iedereen werkt met actuele en duidelijke informatie - Opstellen van heldere en tijdige rapportages voor directie, MT's en betrokken teams. - Meewerken aan procesoptimalisaties, standaardisaties en verbeteringen binnen de strategie-werkwijze. - Signaleren van risico's, knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden en deze verder brengen bij de juiste betrokkenen. - Verbinden van interne stakeholders en bewaken van p...
