Je werkt als allround strategieconsultant aan projecten met uiteenlopende, complexe onderwerpen. Projecten variëren van het ontwikkelen van nieuwe strategieën en implementeren van innovatieve ideeën tot uitvoeren van uitgebreide (markt)analyses of begeleiden van fusies. Je werkt nooit solo aan een project, altijd met één of meerdere collega's. Ook als starter ben je een volwaardig teamlid en werk je direct mee aan een project, maak je analyses, spar je met collega's en geef je presentaties aan klanten. In principe werk je van maandag tot en met donderdag met je projectteam en op vrijdag met alle collega's bij elkaar. Met je projectteam werk je op het kantoor van de klant, thuis, of op een locatie naar keuze. Op vrijdagen werken we samen op een toffe locatie centraal in het land (meestal in of rondom Utrecht of Amsterdam). Daarnaast kunnen we doordeweeks altijd op ons kantoor in Amsterdam terecht: Huize Frankendael . Wie ben jij? Je bent in de eindfase van je MSc of PhD of hebt deze recent afgerond. Welke studie je precies gedaan hebt maakt niet uit; juist de combinatie van verschillende achtergronden maakt ons als team sterk. Je past bij Gupta als je ondernemend, nieuwsgierig, resultaatgericht en analytisch bent. Je duikt graag in cijfers en data, legt snel verbanden en bent in staat te structureren. Daarnaast beschik je over de juiste communicatievaardigheden, die je naar een hoger niveau gaat tillen wanneer je bij ons komt werken. Onze klanten hebben allemaal iets te maken met zorg. Denk hierbij aan ziekenhuizen, zorgverzekeraars, farmaceuten, ouderenzorgorganisaties, apothekers, GGZ-aanbieders,...
