Krijg jij energie van scherpe onderhandelingen, slimme aankoopstrategieën en leveranciers uitdagen om nét dat stapje verder te gaan? Wil jij niet gewoon aankopen, maar de volledige procurementstrategie mee bepalen binnen een internationale logistieke omgeving?

Voor een internationale logistieke groep zoeken we een ervaren Strategisch Aankoopmanager.

  • Bepaal mee de aankoopstrategie voor België en Nederland: je vertaalt de behoeften van de terminals naar een professionele, transparante en kostenefficiënte procurementaanpak.
  • Neem ownership over het volledige aankooptraject: van behoefteanalyse en marktonderzoek tot leveranciersselectie, onderhandelingen, contractering en opvolging.
  • Maak van onderhandelen jouw hefboom: je onderhandelt scherp over tarieven, contractvoorwaarden en raamovereenkomsten en bewaakt daarbij steeds de belangen van de organisatie.
  • Leid tenders en aanbestedingen van A tot Z: je brengt de markt in kaart, vergelijkt voorstellen en zorgt voor een onderbouwde leverancierskeuze.
  • Laat data voor jou werken: je analyseert spend, maakt TCO-berekeningen en gebruikt Excel en BI-data om besparingsmogelijkheden en verbeterpotentieel zichtbaar te maken.
  • Word de procurementpartner van de technische teams: bij complexe investeringen en technische aankopen breng jij commerciële scherpte, structuur en marktkennis aan tafel.
  • Bouw sterke leveranciersrelaties uit zonder de lat te verlagen: je volgt KPI's, SLA's, prestaties en contractrisico's op en grijpt in wanneer afspraken niet worden nagekomen.
  • Denk internationaal en realiseer synergieën: je werkt nauw samen met Procurement in het Verenigd Koninkrijk rond leveranciersstrategieën en raamcontracten en rapporteert aan het management van de verschillende havenactiviteiten.

Dit brengt u mee:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Supply Chain, Logistiek, Economie of een aanverwante richting en hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante procurementervaring.
  • Je hebt een stevige achtergrond in strategische aankoop, sourcing, tenders, contractonderhandelingen en leveranciersmanagement.
  • Je bent analytisch bijzonder sterk en voelt je thuis in Excel, spendanalyses en TCO-berekeningen. Ervaring met BI/data-analyse is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je bent een stevige onderhandelaar: professioneel en constructief wanneer het kan, maar kordaat wanneer de belangen van de organisatie daarom vragen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, maar schakelt even gemakkelijk met technische teams, management, leveranciers en internationale collega's.
  • Je communiceert overtuigend in Nederlands en Engels en voelt je comfortabel binnen een internationale organisatie.
