Samen met een familiale onderneming in de regio Kortrijk is Robert Half op zoek naar een Strategisch Aankoper (M/V/X).

Functieomschrijving voor deze rol als Strategisch Aankoper (M/V/X):

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoopbeleid van technische materialen en diensten binnen de projectmarkt en serviceafdeling.
  • Je bouwt strategische relaties uit met leveranciers, je denkt na over raamcontracten en optimaliseert aankoopdossiers op basis van marktanalyses en prijsontwikkelingen.
  • Je voert high-level onderhandelingen, maakt budgetanalyses, forecast en denkt proactief mee over kostenefficiëntie en margeverbetering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, logistiek en magazijn, en fungeert als sparringpartner voor het management.
  • Daarnaast volg je bestellingen op, bewaak je de leverbetrouwbaarheid en los je eventuele klachten strategisch op.
  • Optimalisatie, automatisatie en digitalisering van aankoopprocessen staan hoog op de agenda.

Profiel

  • Je hebt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als aankoper in een technische projectomgeving.
  • Strategisch aankoopdenken, onderbouwde analyses maken en procesoptimalisatie zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je kan goed met cijfers overweg (Excel kent geen geheimen voor jou) en haalt energie uit het spotten van mogelijkheden om te besparen of te verbeteren.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, goede kennis van Frans en Engels is eveneens belangrijk wegens leverancierscontacten.
  • Je blijft steeds rustig en gestructureerd, denkt toekomstgericht, en weet een bestaande werking te erkennen én te challengen.
  • Loyaliteit, stabiliteit en collegialiteit draag jij hoog in het vaandel.
