Functieomschrijving

Als Strategische Aankoper (M/V/X) sta je in voor het uitwerken en realiseren van de aankoopstrategie binnen jouw toegewezen categorie. Je ontwikkelt een onderbouwde leveranciersstrategie die in lijn ligt met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen en waakt erover dat continuïteit, kwaliteit, kostenefficiëntie en risicobeheer optimaal met elkaar in balans zijn. Je begeleidt sourcingtrajecten van begin tot eind, contractonderhandelingen en de selectie van nieuwe leveranciers. Daarbij volg je marktontwikkelingen nauwgezet op en signaleer je proactief opportuniteiten en potentiële risico's binnen jouw spendcategorie.

Profiel

Daarnaast beheer en beoordeel je leveranciersprestaties, initieer je kostenbesparende acties en draag je actief bij aan standaardisatie- en verbeterprojecten. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met diverse interne stakeholders zoals Operations, Engineering, Quality, R&D en Finance. Je ondersteunt zowel de dagelijkse werking als projectgebonden behoeften en neemt ownership over dossiers die extra opvolging vereisen. Je maakt deel uit van een dynamische aankoopafdeling waar zowel strategische als operationele expertise aanwezig is, en waar samenwerking en initiatief cruciaal zijn.

Je beschikt idealiter over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, aangevuld met relevante ervaring in strategische aankoop of sourcing. Technische ervaring vormt hierbij een belangrijke meerwaarde. Je bent analytisch ingesteld, sterk in onderhandelen en in staat om commerciële en operationele belangen met elkaar te verzoenen. Ervaring met ERP-systemen is essentieel. Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt. Als persoon ben je communicatief, hands-on en resultaatgericht. Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar snelheid, verandering en druk dagelijkse realiteit zijn, en je neemt vanzelf eigenaarschap over jouw dossiers. Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt proactief mee en grijpt gemakkelijk naar de telefoon om zaken vooruit te helpen.
