Binnen Hogeschool Inholland ben jij dé specialist op dit vakgebied en een belangrijke adviseur bij organisatiebrede arbeidsvoorwaardelijke vraagstukken. Verandert er iets in de cao-hbo of wet- en regelgeving? Dan vertaal jij die ontwikkelingen naar heldere en uitvoerbare arbeidsvoorwaarden en regelingen voor onze organisatie. Met gemak adviseer je hierover op alle niveaus. Je bent de inhoudelijk deskundige bij het lokaal overleg met vakorganisaties. Zo schakel je tussen beleid, advies en implementatie én lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan goed werkgeverschap binnen Inholland. Onze HR-organisatie is vernieuwd. We werken vanuit één centrale HR-organisatie met drie teams: Advies, Beleid & Expertise en Services. Door onze expertise te bundelen werken we vanuit uniforme en heldere HR-kaders en bouwen we aan een toekomstbestendige HR dienstverlening. Als Adviseur Arbeidsvoorwaarden & Rechtspositie ben je binnen Beleid & Expertise strategisch beleidsadviseur en inhoudelijk expert op het gebied van onze cao-hbo, arbeidsvoorwaarden en rechtspositie. Je adviseert over complexe en politiek-bestuurlijk gevoelige vraagstukken, waarbij verschillende interne en externe belangen samenkomen en de besluitvorming niet altijd vooraf eenduidig is. Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt organisatiebrede kaders, vertaalt wet- en regelgeving en cao-afspraken naar collectief beleid en adviseert over de rechtspositionele gevolgen van organisatiebrede vraagstukken. Je zorgt samen met HR Advies en HR Services voor een eenduidige, uniforme en uitvoerbare toepassing. Voor complexe juridische interpretaties en individuele vraagstukken met een juridis...
