Als strategisch adviseur bedrijfsvoering adviseer je onze directeur en het managementteam over de bedrijfsvoering van de gemeente Leiden. Je bent ook vast aanspreekpunt voor onze partners: Leiderdorp, Oegstgeest, Zoeterwoude, SOZ en Holland Rijnland. Zin om samen te bouwen aan een sterke bedrijfsvoering? Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou! Wat ga je doen? Als strategisch adviseur bedrijfsvoering werk je binnen het cluster Interne Dienstverlening en Advisering (IDA) van de gemeente Leiden. Vanuit dit cluster voeren we bedrijfsvoeringstaken uit voor de gemeente Leiden en onze partners. Jij helpt de bedrijfsvoering van zowel Leiden als onze partners verder te brengen. Je adviseert onze directeur en het managementteam, gevraagd en ongevraagd, over brede bedrijfsvoeringsvraagstukken. Je denkt mee over de grote lijnen en helpt de organisatie om koers te houden in een complexe, veranderende omgeving. Ons cluster is enkele jaren geleden gevormd en heeft inmiddels een stevig fundament. Daar bouwen we graag op voort. Samen met het MT geef je richting aan de verdere ontwikkeling van IDA en aan de strategische sturing op de bedrijfsvoering door het Directieteam van Leiden. Je signaleert waar verbetering nodig is. Samen met onze partners hebben we een ambitieus strategisch plan opgesteld, dat in 2027 om vernieuwing vraagt. Jij pakt met je team de afdeling overstijgende en integrale onderwerpen uit dit plan op. Je coördineert projecten, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat we onze strategische doelen halen. Daarnaast ben je verbinder en relatiebeheerder.
