The posting

  • Analyse van resultaten en cashflow
  • Overleg en afstemming met boekhouders, fiscalist, bank en andere partners
  • Investerings – en financieringsadvies
  • Bedrijfsstructuur – vennootschapsstructuur - het mee opzetten en analyseren van juridische structuren.
  • Strategische overnamebegeleiding: bepalen van strategie en timing, uitwerken van scenario’s en keuzes in overleg met de klant.
  • Opvolging van subsidies
  • Opmaak van financiële plannen
  • Bedrijfseconomisch advies en waarderingen
  • Je staat in voor het uitvoeren van professioneel taxaties en waardebepalingen. Concreet houdt dit in: Het opmaken van schattingsverslagen en waarderingen van zowel onroerende goederen (gebouwen, gronden, etc.) als roerende goederen (machines, materiaal, goederen, etc.). Plaats bezoeken aan bedrijven om alle relevante activa in kaart te brengen (inventarisatie, foto’s, kenmerken). Het verwerken van deze gegevens in correcte waarderingsmodellen, met onderbouwde financiële berekeningen. Het opstellen van overzichtelijke analyses en tabellen in Excel (gebouwen, afmetingen, kenmerken, waarden). Het inschatten en onderbouwen van de totale bedrijfswaarde in functie van verkoop, overname, successie of waarborgbepalingen voor banken.
  • Daarnaast werk je mee aan de opmaak van financiële plannen voor zelfstandigen en KMO's onder meer bij: Grote investeringen, uitbreidingen of bedrijfsovernames. Het analyseren van de financiële haalbaarheid en toekomstperspectieven. Het zelfstandig beheren van dossiers van A tot Z, met ene grondige en gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Brede begeleiding bij bedrijfsontwikkeling en overnames
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen een financiële/ economische contact is een sterke troef.
  • Een degelijke economische en financiële kennis vormt de basis voor de uitvoering van deze job.
  • Administratief of organisatorisch werken wordt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd aangepakt.
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en gaat zelfstandig aan de slag om dossiers van A tot Z te beheren.
  • Je bent een sparringpartner voor onze huidige projectleider in dossiers en kan dus ook steeds bij haar terecht.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in Excel, gecombineerd met een proactieve houding om processen en werkwijzen te optimaliseren, komen hier zeker van pas.
  • Je hebt ambitie om deze rol verder uit te diepen en actief bij te dragen aan de groei van onze organisatie.
  • Je hanteert een klantgerichte, discrete en professionele aanpak in elk dossier en elk contact.
