Wil jij jouw expertise inzetten voor een gemeente die volop in ontwikkeling is? Dan is deze opdracht als Strategisch Adviseur Asielopvang, Statushouders & Oekraïense Ontheemden iets voor jou. Jouw opdrachtAls Strategisch Adviseur ondersteun je de gemeente op de dossiers asielopvang, statushouders en Oekraïense ontheemden. Je bent een stevige inhoudelijke adviseur die zelfstandig beleid ontwikkelt, bestuurlijke besluitvorming voorbereidt en de gemeente vertegenwoordigt in regionale overleggen. Je werkt nauw samen met de opgavemanager Huisvesting Bijzondere Doelgroepen, die verantwoordelijk is voor de strategische koers en integrale afwegingen. Waar nodig treed je op als plaatsvervanger. Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen beleid, bestuur en uitvoering en weet complexe ontwikkelingen te vertalen naar concrete bestuurlijke keuzes. - Ontwikkelen en adviseren over beleid rondom asielopvang; - Onderzoeken naar duurzame opvanglocaties trekken en verschillende scenario's uitwerken; - College- en raadsstukken, memo's en bestuurlijke adviezen voorbereiden; - De gemeente vertegenwoordigen in regionale overleggen; - Het dossier rondom opvanglocatie Van der Valk coördineren, inclusief relatiemanagement; - Landelijke en regionale wet- en regelgeving vertalen naar gemeentelijk beleid. - Adviseren over huisvesting, integratie en begeleiding van statushouders; - Bijdragen aan de versnellingsaanpak voor de huisvesting van statushouders; - Beleidsadviezen en bestuurlijke besluitvorming voorbereiden; - Deelnemen aan regionale overleggen en samenwerkingsverbanden; - Adviseren over de verdere inrichting en positionering van ...
