Over de functie Als strategisch adviseur Doorontwikkeling Klachtbehandeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven en implementeren van een toekomstbestendige aanpak voor klachtbehandeling binnen de gemeente Nijmegen. Je ontwikkelt beleid, processen en samenwerking, werkt nauw samen met de senior klachtencoördinator en betrekt de hele organisatie bij het project. Je vertaalt signalen uit de samenleving naar verbeteringen en borgt opvolging van aanbevelingen, met als doel een gedragen en lerende organisatie. Wat je gaat doen - Ontwikkelen van een heldere visie op klachtbehandeling en voorbereiden van bestuurlijke besluitvorming - Opstellen van een startnotitie en begeleiden van voorstellen richting college en gemeenteraad - Herzien van de richtlijn klachtbehandeling en vertalen van de visie naar processen, rollen en verantwoordelijkheden - Adviseren over verdere professionalisering van klachtbehandeling - Borgen van opvolging van aanbevelingen van Rekenkamer en gemeentelijke ombudsman - Versterken van het lerend vermogen door aandacht te geven aan verbeterpunten en trends uit klachten - Organiseren van samenwerking tussen interne teams en externe partners - Creëren van draagvlak en begeleiden van implementatie van nieuwe afspraken - Inrichten en begeleiden van een klankbordgroep met stakeholders - Periodiek rapporteren over de voortgang aan de ambtelijk opdrachtgever Functie-eisen - Afgeronde opleiding op minimaal WO-niveau - Minimaal 15 jaar aantoonbare relevante ervaring als (strategisch) juridisch adviseur of vergelijkbare rol binnen een gemeente of publieke organisatie - Minimaal 4 jaar (vanaf 20...
