Strategisch Adviseur Financiën € Geen max uurtarief Vakgebied Financieel Economisch Als Strategisch Financieel Adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor strategische en beleidsmatige vraagstukken rondom het sociaal domein en de financiële beleidsvorming. Je coördineert de P&C-producten en professionaliseert de Treasuryfunctie door scherpe analyses en advies. Tevens begeleid je een nieuwe strategisch adviseur op jouw aandachtsgebieden zodat deze kan doorgroeien in de rol. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Proactief en betrouwbaar advies: ondersteunen van bestuur en management met strategisch financieel advies. - Gesprekspartner: fungeren als financieel-strategisch adviseur voor bestuur, portefeuillehouder financiën en directie/management. - Financiële beleidsvorming: mede-trekken van thema's zoals bezuinigingsstrategie, activitabeleid, reserves & voorzieningen en risicomanagement. - Coördinatie P&C-producten: coördinator van producten zoals Bestuursrapportage en Perspectiefnota. - Businesspartner: strategisch en toekomstgericht adviseren en meebewegen met bestuur en directie. - Afstemming: periodiek afstemmen met controllers en budgethouders om inzicht en sturing aan de voorkant te faciliteren. - Systeemoptimalisatie: meedenken over het beter laten werken van systemen. - Treasury: professionaliseren van de Treasuryfunctie en leveren van scherpe analyses en adviezen. - Begeleiding collega: inhoudelijke begeleiding van een nieuwe strategisch adviseur op jouw aandachtsgebieden. - Financieel-strategisch inzicht en bestuurlijke sensitiviteit. - Vermogen complexe vraagstukken te doorgronden en te vertalen naar concrete producten en besluiten. - Coachende en communicatieve vaardigheden om collega's mee te nemen en te laten groeien. - Analytisch vermogen , met name voor Treasury-analyse en beleidsmatige doorwerking. - Proactieve en betrouwbare werkhouding en het vermogen om als businesspartner op te treden. - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding o...
