Organisatie De gemeente Pijnacker-Nootdorp is een groeigemeente, de komende jaren neemt het inwoneraantal toe van 55.000 naar 65.000. We werken de komende jaren aan grote projecten op het gebied van woningbouw, bedrijventerreinen, infrastructuur, voorzieningen, natuur en recreatie. Het ondernemersklimaat wordt gekenmerkt door innovatieve ondernemers die vooruitlopen op het gebied van warmtetransitie en duurzaamheid. Wonen in Pijnacker-Nootdorp is aantrekkelijk vanwege de goede voorzieningen en de prettige ligging in het groen met uitstekende verbindingen naar Den Haag en Rotterdam. De ambtelijke organisatie bestaat uit circa 400 medewerkers. De organisatiecultuur kenmerkt zich door een informeel karakter, vertrouwen en veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en ontwikkeling. Opdracht De gemeente Pijnacker-Nootdorp zoekt een ervaren strategisch adviseur die de gemeente ondersteunt op de dossiers asielopvang, statushouders en Oekraïense ontheemden. De adviseur werkt zelfstandig aan beleidsontwikkeling, bestuurlijke advisering, regionale afstemming en voorbereiding van besluitvorming. Daarin wordt nauw samengewerkt met de opgavemanager Huisvesting Bijzondere Doelgroepen, die verantwoordelijk is voor de strategische koers en integrale afwegingen. Als dat nodig is, kan de adviseur optreden als plaatsvervanger van de opgavemanager. De opdracht bestaat uit Werkzaamheden Asielopvang - Adviseren over en ontwikkelen van beleid rondom asielopvang; - Trekken van onderzoeken naar duurzame opvanglocaties en uitwerken van scenario's; - Voorbereiden van bestuurlijke besluitvorming en bestuurlijke stukken; - Vertegenwoordigen van de gemeente in regionale overleggen; -.
