Opdracht De gemeente Pijnacker-Nootdorp zoekt een ervaren strategisch adviseur die de gemeente ondersteunt op de dossiers asielopvang, statushouders en Oekraïense ontheemden. De adviseur werkt zelfstandig aan beleidsontwikkeling, bestuurlijke advisering, regionale afstemming en voorbereiding van besluitvorming. Daarin wordt nauw samengewerkt met de opgavemanager Huisvesting Bijzondere Doelgroepen, die verantwoordelijk is voor de strategische koers en integrale afwegingen. Als dat nodig is, kan de adviseur optreden als plaatsvervanger van de opgavemanager.

De opdracht bestaat uit: Werkzaamheden Asielopvang • Adviseren over en ontwikkelen van beleid rondom asielopvang; • Trekken van onderzoeken naar duurzame opvanglocaties en uitwerken van scenario's; • Voorbereiden van bestuurlijke besluitvorming en bestuurlijke stukken; • Vertegenwoordigen van de gemeente in regionale overleggen; • Coördineren van het dossier opvanglocatie Van der Valk, inclusief relatiemanagement; • Signaleren en vertalen van relevante wet- en regelgeving naar gemeentelijk beleid. Werkzaamheden Statushouders • Adviseren over vraagstukken rondom huisvesting, integratie en begeleiding van statushouders; • Ondersteunen bij de versnellingsaanpak huisvesting statushouders; • Voorbereiden van bestuurlijke besluitvorming en beleidsadviezen; • Deelnemen aan regionale overleggen en samenwerkingsafspraken; • Adviseren over de verdere inrichting en positionering van het dossier. Werkzaamheden Oekraïense Ontheemden • Ontwikkelen van beleid en een langetermijnvisie voor Oekraïense ontheemden; • Uitwerken van scenario's voor opvang, huisvesting en participatie; • Voorbereiden van bestuurlijke besluitvorming en beleidsadviezen; • Deelnemen aan regionale overleggen en afstemming.
