Je ontwikkelt beleid en je geeft strategisch advies op het gebied van informatiemanagement en informatievoorziening. Je werkt organisatiebreed en bent een verbindende schakel tussen afdelingen, externe partners en strategische programma's zoals digitale transformatie. Jij speelt een sleutelrol in het realiseren van onze digitale ambities, business informatiemanagement, en draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van onze digitale strategie. Je werkzaamheden zijn: - Het geven van strategische sturing op thema's als digitale transformatie, datagedreven werken en de ontwikkeling van onze digitale strategie. - Beleidsontwikkeling en advisering rondom programmatische en projectmatige aanpakken. - Het versterken van samenwerking tussen primaire en ondersteunende afdelingen. - Het verbinden van beleid en uitvoering binnen organisatiebrede programma's. - Stakeholders actief betrekken en de meerwaarde van samenwerking zichtbaar maken. - Het opstellen van annotaties voor bestuur en management. - Het onderhouden van intensieve contacten met: - Beleidsmedewerkers binnen en buiten de organisatie over beleidsontwikkeling en afstemming. - Vertegenwoordigers van andere overheden en maatschappelijke organisaties over beleidswijzigingen en regelgeving. - (Inter)nationale werkgroepen en stakeholders, waarbij je het standpunt van de organisatie vertegenwoordigt. - Flexibele werktijden.
