Je speelt een sleutelrol in de uitvoering van de Omgevingsvisie Zoetermeer 2040 en zorgt ervoor dat de behoeften van inwoners worden vertaald naar beleid en uitvoering op het gebied van zorg, welzijn, onderwijs, sport, cultuur en ontmoeting. Verantwoordelijkheden - Ontwikkelen van strategieën voor maatschappelijke voorzieningen in relatie tot ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen. - Verbindende schakel zijn tussen het sociaal domein en de fysieke leefomgeving. - Voorzieningen afstemmen op de toekomstige behoeften van inwoners door middel van recente onderzoeken. - Regie voeren op sociale opgaven binnen ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen. - Vertegenwoordigen van het domein Samenleving binnen het Expertteam Stedelijk Programmeren. - Monitoren van maatschappelijke en beleidsmatige ontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar kansen en acties. - Coördineren...
