Arnhem Strategisch Adviseur Ruimte / Interbestuurlijke Samenwerking Functie omschrijving Opdracht Je rondt zelfstandig af en levert een aantal concrete producten voor de strategische interbestuurlijke samenwerking. Belangrijkste werkzaamheden - Aanpassen draaiboeken: Het aanpassen van de draaiboeken 'DG NOVEX en BOL' en 'Lobbystrategie' aan de nieuwe werkwijze NOVEX provincies van het Rijk, inclusief relevante rijkssamenwerkingen en interdepartementale dwarsverbanden, en het opleveren van deze draaiboeken. - Ontwikkelen draaiboek samenwerking regio's: Het ontwikkelen en opleveren van een draaiboek voor de samenwerking met de strategen in de regio's in COT-RA-verband en de werkwijze voor de opstelling van het Ruimtelijk Arrangement 2027. - Strategische analyses en adviezen: Het opleveren van inhoudelijke strategische analyses en adviezen als bouwstenen voor bovenstaande producten, waaronder analyses over de Nota Ruimte, de uitvoeringsstrategie Nota Ruimte en het Ruimtelijk Arrangement 2027, mede in relatie tot de komende provinciale bestuurswissel. Werkwijze en zelfstandigheid Je voert de opdracht zelfstandig en naar eigen inzicht uit en bepaalt zelf de wijze waarop, de planning en de plaats waar de werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd, binnen de afgesproken looptijd en opleverresultaten. Afstemming met medewerkers en deelname aan overleg is alleen aan de orde voor zover dit nodig is voor het realiseren van de afgesproken resultaten. Je ontvangt geen dagelijkse inhoudelijke aansturing of instructies over de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden; er wordt gestuurd op afgesproken resultaten en oplevermomenten. Resultaat en afronding De opdracht is afgerond wanneer de genoemde draaiboeken, analyses en adviezen zijn opgeleverd en besproken met de daarvoor aangewezen vertegenwoordigers van de provincie.
