In het kort: Je gaat draaiboeken voor interbestuurlijke samenwerking en lobby rond NOVEX en ruimtelijk beleid ontwikkelen en actualiseren, strategische analyses maken en adviezen opleveren voor de Nota Ruimte en het Ruimtelijk Arrangement 2027. Omschrijving Opdrachtgever provincie Gelderland Gelderland, de mooiste provincie van Nederland! Elke dag werken we in de grootste provincie van Nederland samen met 2.000 medewerkers om Gelderland mooi, schoon, welvarend en veilig te houden van en voor ons allemaal. We doen dit met veel inzet, motivatie, kennis en kunde en uiteraard samen met allerlei organisaties en partijen. Samen zoeken we telkens naar nieuwe passende oplossingen voor complexe maatschappelijke opgaven zoals bijvoorbeeld energietransitie, woningbouw, mobiliteit, natuur of milieu. Dit maakt ons werk uitdagend, interessant en zinvol. Situatieomschrijving Nederland en Gelderland staan voor grote en urgente ruimtelijke opgaven op het gebied van wonen, werken, bereikbaarheid, natuur en landbouw. We hebben meer woningen nodig, een duurzaam en aantrekkelijk leef- en werkklimaat, toekomstperspectief voor de landbouw, een sterke economie en herstel van natuur en landschap. Tegelijk hebben nationale en internationale ontwikkelingen zoals demografie, veiligheid in Europa, klimaat, natuur, voedselzekerheid en de beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen grote invloed op onze toekomst. Niet alles past en niet alles kan even zwaar meewegen. Daarom moeten we scherp focussen, duidelijke keuzes maken en deze vertalen naar integraal ruimtelijk beleid. Een sterke lobby op het gebied van Ruimte voor het scherp positioneren van onze belangen is daarbij essentieel. Het effectief inzetten van onze strategische netwerken voor de positionering van Gelderland en de Gelderse regio’s vraagt om gerichte actie.
