In het kort: Je gaat als strategisch adviseur de governance en regie op ketendigitalisering in de strafrechtketen versterken, adviseren over IV-opgaven en digitalisering, en eindrapportages en evaluaties met concrete vervolgadviezen opleveren. Beschrijving project/programma: De programmadirectie Strafrechtketen is in juni 2026 van start gegaan. De hoofdopdracht om het versterken, stroomlijnen en vernieuwen van de samenwerking tussen alle ketenpartners. Omdat de strafrechtketen bestaat uit onafhankelijke organisaties—zoals de Politie, het Openbaar Ministerie (OM), de Rechtspraak, de Justitiële Informatiedienst (Justid) en de Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen (DJI)—is de programmadirecteur de strategische spil die zorgt dat deze partijen effectief samenwerken. De overkoepelende opdracht is het verbeteren van de ketenprestaties, zodat strafzaken sneller, slimmer, beter en transparanter worden afgehandeld. De programmadirecteur vertaalt politieke en bestuurlijke ambities naar een gezamenlijk uitvoerbaar ketenprogramma. Belangrijkste Pijlers van de Opdracht - Digitalisering en Informatievoorziening (PDSK / DDS): Dit is al jaren een van de grootste opdrachten binnen de keten. Het realiseren en beheren van het Duurzaam Digitaal Stelsel (DDS), ketenvoorzieningen (zoals e-handtekeningen en portalen) - Verkorten van Doorlooptijden: Het coördineren van ketenbrede maatregelen om te zorgen dat strafzaken niet onnodig lang blijven liggen en dat de doorlooptijd van opsporing tot executie drastisch korter wordt. - Aanpak van Multiproblematiek & Ondermijning: Zorgen dat informatie tussen zorg-, bestuurs- en strafrechtpartners beter op elkaar aansluit om complexe criminaliteit en kwetsbare doelgroepen effectiever aan te pakken. - Implementatie van Wetgeving: Het ketenbreed stroomlijnen van ingrijpende wetgeving (zoals de Wet Straffen en Beschermen of de modernisering van het Wetboek van Strafvordering) door processen en systemen van alle partners hierop in te richten.
