In het kort: Je gaat de programmadirectie strategisch adviseren over integrale veiligheid, veiligheidsplannen en dashboards ontwikkelen, risico’s analyseren, veiligheidsbewustzijn vergroten en een uniforme, proactieve veiligheidscultuur binnen het infrastructuurprogramma A27HH bevorderen. Projectomschrijving Het programma A27 Houten-Hooipolder (A27HH) betreft de verbreding van de rijksweg A27 tussen aansluiting Houten en knooppunt Hooipolder. Dit is een traject van circa 47 kilometer, waarover circa 24 kilometer aan spitsstroken zal worden gerealiseerd. Het wordt daarnaast gekenmerkt door vier grote vaarwegkruisingen (bruggen) en een groot aantal interne en externe (bestuurlijke) stakeholders. Het Tracébesluit van de A27HH is in december 2020 onherroepelijk geworden. A27HH is gegund op basis van twee afzonderlijke GWW realisatiecontracten en georganiseerd in 5 grote projecten (met een integrale instandhoudingsopgave) die grotendeels in een zelfde tijdsvenster maar verschillende fasen uitgevoerd gaan worden. De vijf projecten worden aangestuurd door een programma-directie. De projecten hebben een grote onderlinge afhankelijkheid en behoeven specifieke raakvlakbeheersing zowel in de huidige in de afronding zijnde ontwerpfasen (F1) richting de uitvoering als de daadwerkelijke uitvoering (F2) en instandhouding (F3). Opdrachtomschrijving Als strategisch adviseur veiligheid adviseer je de programmadirectie over de programma brede en integrale veiligheidsaanpak binnen programma A27HH. Hierbij draag je zorg voor een programma breed dashboard en de actualisatie van de nodige plannen op gebied van veiligheid. Je rapporteert aan de projectdirecteur en opereert op strategisch en tactisch niveau. In deze rol ben je de spil tussen het strategisch niveau van de programmadirectie en de tactische coördinatie tussen de Projectadviseurs Integrale Veiligheid (PIV) in de projectteams. Daarnaast zet je je in voor het vergroten van het veiligheidsbewustzijn en het stimuleren van contin.
